Southern Clucker BBQ Pork Tenderloin


Elevate your BBQ game with this Southern Clucker BBQ Pork Tenderloin, perfectly seasoned with Claibe’s Southern Clucker Rub and grilled to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins

  • 3 tablespoons Claibe’s Southern Clucker Rub

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard


Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Rub pork tenderloins with olive oil and Claibe’s Southern Clucker Rub.

  3. Let the tenderloins marinate for 30 minutes.


Cooking Instructions

  1. Grill the pork tenderloins for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  2. In a small bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard. Brush this mixture over the tenderloins during the last 5 minutes of grilling.

  3. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
