Ingredients:

4 sea bass fillets (about 6 ounces each)

3 tbsp Claibe's SPG  All Purpose seasoning

3 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp lemon juice

3 cloves garlic, minced

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Preparation:

Pat the sea bass fillets dry with paper towels.

Evenly coat the fillets with Claibe's SPG  All Purpose seasoning on both sides.

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium high heat.

Place a cast iron skillet on the grill and let it heat up for about 5 minutes.

Add butter. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Place the sea bass fillets in the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden brown.

Carefully flip the fillets and sear the other side for another 2-3 minutes.

After searing, close the grill lid and let the sea bass cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, allowing the smoky grill flavor to infuse the fish.

Remove the skillet from the grill and let the sea bass rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Sprinkle fresh parsley over the sea bass and serve with lemon wedges for added brightness.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve with a side of grilled vegetables and a light couscous salad for a balanced meal.

Pair with a glass of Pinot Grigio or a refreshing citrus infused sparkling water.
